i know, i read the archives but it doesnt have the detailed info i want. and the link in the post doesnt work anymore.

with that said, been "loading" for the past couple weeks with 10-15g daily, and have had some noticeable results. while i know a bit about it, i dont know as much as i should.

this website got the info right?

    http://www.creatinemonohydrate.net/

based on that site, this week im going to drop down to 3-5g a day to maintain for a few weeks.

Yes, the dosage is 5g per day, every day.

Loading it just a waste of money.. and besides, you're only meant to load for a week - not a few weeks.

Yes, no more then 12-14 weeks and make sure you have proper post cycle therapy lined up. You don't want to fuck your natural hormone levels up permantly.

So without loading, how would one start using/taking creatine? I've never used or even read anything about how to use...so please explain it to me like a 5 year old. :x:

Just start taking 5g (roughly a teaspoon) once a day, every day

    Simple as that!

I've been reading that you used to want to overload IE 10-20g a day for first week, but now studies are showing it's ok if you just do 5g. What are you experiences or opinions on that? Overload the first week?

The loading simply accomplishes the exact same state but quicker.

You're not really getting any extra benefit from loading. It simply gets you the same results but quicker.

I have loaded before but creatine doesn't do a whole lot for me anyway. I use creatine ethyl ester (CEE) because creatine mono gives me stomach pains - particularly on 20g a day instead of 5g.
