This Green Tea Extract shit?

    5'11, 230, day 1 of this fun journey. I'm shopping in Harris Teeter, walked to the Supps aisle. I realize that I need a good amount of protein minus the Cals/Carbs. So I pick up this Designer Whey 100 Cals / 18g Protein / 2g Carbs per scoop, 3 x day.

    Next to that I see this Green Tea Extract that I swear I thought i saw it for around $20 last time I walked to this spot, but it was on sale for $6 today. I didn't know too much info on the product, so this is where the research comes in. :x:

    I stocked up on 5 for $5 Pink Salmon skinless/boneless in a can, plus some of those Tunafish Filets, also veggies. I need to find a good carb to take in the mornings to avoid the headaches and possible feinting mid-workout at night.

    i guess i didn't specify the intention of the thread. basically research+feedback wondering if anyone has tried this green tea extract, and what other carbs can i eat on my diet if im cutting? Gym schedule will be 5 days a week. I am not sure about the actual carb intake I must have to burn fat, friend told me it was around 20g/day. Any idea on this confusing thread?
