About once a year my body starts rejecting certain foods. My diet has been pretty consistent for the past 3 or so years, 4 of my 7 meals are the exact same every day since I started getting into lifting seriously. Meal 1, Meal 2, Meal 4, and Meal 7 are always the same food. Anyways about once a year I start to gag and throw up when I eat that certain food. Right now it's tuna fish, I have been eating a tuna fish sandwich and an apple for my 4th meal every day for the past 3 years, and now every time I smell tuna or taste it I gag, when I try to eat it I almost throw it up and usually can't finish it. It happened about a year ago with eggs. If I was able to get my 10 eggs down in the morning it wasn't but 10-15 minutes I would puke it up. I took about a week off of eggs and went back and everything has been fine since. I'll do the same with tuna and probably be good for another year. Just curious if this happens to any of you guys, I guess it applies more so to the people who have been dieting or lifting for a while.
