Where's he hiding all that muscle if it is?
Those weights seem like their made of out of Styrofoam.
those are probably the 25 lb spacer weights. if that
that kid couldn't even do that
why wouldn't it be real, you think he just brings in fake weights?
cause it's 585, and he's mexican.
is it just me or did he totally just bounce the fake 585 off of his chest?
wtf he made that shit look fucking breezy...no way that can be real can it??
they make plates that big that weigh as little as 5lbs. jesus you guys are insane ahahahaha
Rubber or plastic plates.
if you look at the plates on the right side, they're not real plates, but they're the rubber kind you use for oly lifts and such
there is also no 'clattering' of plates/ bar bending lol
You can really see how light it is in this other video when he racks it after lifting it. Not to mention it's another skinny kid lifting it.
mexican is not a race.
Do you really need to ask?
i wonder if those are some sort of learning plates that oly lifters use?
We use to toss those at people to scare the shit outta them
it doesn't move like 585 does, you cant throw it around like that, its prob 225 plus the bumber plates
I think he would be paying a little more attention on the spot if it was 585.
Once you put 3 plates on each side the bars gonna start bending. So I call
Word. Theres no way thats any more than about 150 from the looks of it...
That skinny kid doesnt bench 225.
