This an ok diet and workout routine?

    Breakfast:
    Total Whole grain 3/4cup with Skim Milk
    8oz of Grape Juice or Orange Juice
    Cup of Yougurt

    2-3hrs later:
    Whole Fruit
    3-4oz of lean lunch meat on 1slice of 12grain bread

    Lunch:
    Salad
    4oz of lunch meat on 1slice of 12grain bread

    2-3hrs later:
    8oz Skinless Bonless Chicken Breast
    Vegtables and fruit
    Brown Rice

    Dinner:
    Ussually some lean meat and like to change it up and another servings of vegtables


    I also drink about 2whey shakes a day, and take a Omega-3 and Multivitamin pill everyday.

    And my Workout follows like this:
    Mon:Cardio(1hr) Abs and Back
    Tue:Chest, Shoulder, Arms and light cardio
    Wed:Cardio(1hr) Abs
    Thu:Legs and Light Cardio
    Fri:Cardio(1hr) and Abs
    And Sat and Sun off

    8oz isnt that bad, and its no sugar added and 100% not that 10% crap.

    I also drink a gallon of water a day

    215 and 6ft, I was like 15-20% BF at 200lbs but some meds made me gain 15lbs :wtc:

    Like would a whey protein shake cover it? Or eat something heavier?

    yeah, i would throw in some cookies AKA carbs
    ohh wait u are trying to loose weight.. err, i would eat some carbs... maybee cookies, maybee not
    So protein + carbs and some fish oil too

    everyone has a different point of view, most people stick with slower digesting foods (solids or dairy based). It's also a good time to take advantage of EFAs

    An ideal meal before going to bed would be
    2 scoops muscle milk, 20 oz milk, 2 tbsp flax, spinach

    notice the slower digesting proteins, EFAs, and fiber?

    I don't really like having carbs before bed, but it probably really doesn't matter... just a personal thing

    sorta, Whole milk has more callories, skim milk has less

    Yea I try to keep it under 2500, and with an 1hr of cardio I burn off at about another 600-700

    you are over training Abs

    definately, train your abs heavy and not as frequent... maybe 2 times a week at the most

    More lifting, less cardio

    But all I do on abs is crunches, leg lifts, and vertical leg lifits, so no actual weight

    So should I do like legs, back, abs
    and then chest shoulders arms
    and than take a day off
    and do legs back abs
    chest shoulders arms?
