Mostly ment for 01 but any advice is appriciated.

Ok I posted up about wanting to build a new box for my 2 12" L7's on www.sounddomain.com forum. Space really isn't a problem sence it is going in the back seat. I'm going to partition the box so each sub has it's own enclosure.

only response I got was this

Now the 3.7' volume. Is that counting the space the vent takes up. Or how large the actual box should be not counting the vent? and 40" of port area? would 4" x 10" and make the vent 16" long be right? and also can you tell what the tuning of that box would be? I have 2 12" L7's they are the 2003 model subs also.

3.7 cuft is the volume after displacements. Yes, as long as your area remains constant so does the length unless one of your dimensions is very small.

The tuning for that enclosure is around 37hz. If you give me the t/s parameters (QTS, FS, and VAS) I can model that woofer for you.
