picked it up in japan town in sf, watched it yesterday. this movie was slightly disturbing, awesome production design again, and park chan woo did a very good job directing. It had some funny moments but most of it i thought was very dark.

who else watched it? im a big fan of park chan woo and his movies

Love his movies, and I adore Thirst. Mostly because the source material is written by Emile Zola.

Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance is still my favorite Park movie, but Thirst was pretty good.

Oldboy was my first and favorite--but Mr. Vengeance was amazing. Anything Kang-ho Song is in is guaranteed cinematic bliss.

Kang-Ho Song is in tons of stuff. What else have I seen him in? Let's see...

    The Host
    Secret Sunshine
    Foul King
The Good, The Bad and The Weird
    Memories of Murder

And, of course, all the Park Chanwook movies he's been in.
