    So some of you might have remembered my first log (http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=1648906) Where I started at 350 and got down to 271. Well after that I kept going and got down to about ~260. Well after fucking around and shit Im back up to 298 :sad2: . So its time to get my shit back together. I found I did best when I logged everything in here, so were gonna try this again :hs:

    Current Weight: 298lbs
    Starting Weight: 350lbs
    Height: 6'4
    Age: 20
    Goal Weight: 210-220lbs

    Food Intake

    Meal 1:2 slices low fat high fibre bread, banana
    Meal 2: 15 Almonds, 1 Yogurt
    Meal 3: Oven Roasted chicken breast on law fat high fibre bread, 1tbsp miracle whip light, carrots, apple, fruit leather, Granola Bar
    Meal 4: Steak/Potato Stew (1.5 cups)
    Meal 5: 2 Chicken Breasts w/ half can mushroom soup, rice, corn
    Meal 6 (PWO Meal): 2 Scoops BSL Protein, 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana, 3 Strawberries

    Workout - Quads/Abs

    15 Minute Cardio (Treadmill Walk) - 181 Calories

    Meal 2: Granola Bar, 1 Yogurt
    Meal 3: Oven Roasted chicken breast on law fat high fibre bread, 1tbsp miracle whip light, carrots, apple
    Meal 4: Fruit Leather, Mandarin
    Meal 5: 2 wraps (Tortilla, Turkey Breast, Tomatoe, Lettuce, Green Pepper, Cheese(minimal), Salsa)
    Meal 6 (Bedtime Meal): 2 Scoops BSL Protein, 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana, 3 Strawberries

    Workout

    Too tired to workout today :hs: I did cardio on Sunday so missing today isnt a huge deal

    you could benefit from reading a few articles on diet and shit.

    have a protein source with every meal and you should avoid shit like bagels and what not.

    lemme see if i can dig up a few things
