should I? pros/cons from anyones personal use of both? I've used an eotech before, not aimpoint. I don't like the micro aimpoints, so that wont be an option. thinking COMPM3 or COMPML3. Not sure. Edumacate me.

I just like the EOtech. Just feels more natural looking through it and being able to look "beyond" it. :dunno:

You are right though. The M2 or whatever it is, is plenty for most people. I need to get one sometime.

Wait now I'm confused. MLx are the ones with NV right?

    It's been a long day.

  18. I sold the EOTech and actually have an ML3 on my rifle now. :o

I really don't know what it is, but after using my EOTech for 2 carbine classes, I really do like the Aimpoint more. Still, I say they're both great sights, and you can't go wrong with either, it really just boils down to personal preference.

  19. From what I understand the only difference between the M and ML is the number of coatings on the front glass. It has something to do with reflecting light.

shit ton of failures due to the way the battery contacts work. They "fix" them year after year and continue to have problems. Problem is that the failure typically happens during firing :uh: under shock which is the wrong time to fail.

QFT, warranty is great but too many eotech owners need to use it for my comfort.

Be interested to see if the new XPS3 model solves the battery contact issues by having the battery transversely placed.
