Thinking about taking supplements

    I have been hitting the gym for over 3 years now. 5 days a week, religiously. I pretty much look the same as i did when i first started. Of course, i havnt put on fat, just havnt been able to gain muscle mass. What do you guys suggest i use to start bulking up. Some sort of protein powder? What kind? What is rip fuel? Thanks for your feedback.

    if you look the same as you did 3 years ago you are doing something terribly wrong. Supplements are not going to help.
