I figured I should throw in some regular physical activity (aside from lifting 3x a week and running 4x) and i figured martial arts would be fun. What are your opinions? :noes:

 we should start calling BJJ "G-n-P's Routine" :mamoru:

in all seriousness, it's badass if you can hang.

    I don't even do "BJJ"

I roll with no gi, mma style or I don't roll at all :squint:

lol, just kidding, I wouldn't know what to do with all those clothes on....probably mount + collar choke over and over again.

In all seriousness though, having something to train for is one of the best motivators, and everyone doesn't have the genetics to get on a stage, or even be halfway competetive at powelifting w/o a mummy suit. If you fall into that category and you are intelligent and relatively athletic, submission wrestling and bjj are a shitload of fun.

yeah, I'm just being an f&n asshat and calling something that everyone gets inspired to do a bandwagon.

honestly I think it's great more people are getting into grappling. I just have to act the part and be all anti-bandwagon even though I actively participate and enjoy several f&n bandwagons :mamoru:

I encourage everyone to take it. It's a great workout and you learn some self defense.

    9.0 isn't done yet.
