I've been on Recreate for 2 months now and while it's been pretty good I want to change it up a little. Anybody have any specific brand recommendations for this, and whether I should do ECA or ECY? Background: January 2008, I was 255 lbs (6'0) 33%bf Bench was ~ 135lbs Today: 212 lbs ~24%bf Bench is now 225lbs My goal is to get to between 180 and 190lbs, < 15%bf while not losing strength. I do HIIT daily for just 15 minutes (of real HIIT, not 15 minutes total... prolly 20 minutes total). Mon is chest, tris, Wed is back, biceps, Friday is Legs. If you need any more info for an informed recommendation just ask and I'll post it right up. EDIT: I don't drink coffee or soda much, maybe once a week. I drink at least a gallon of water a day.
