I am doing it for a more healthy lifestyle not because I give a damn about the animals. I have not ate meat in a while but I seem to always be hungry eating large amounts of fruits and vegs. Not sure if eating more fruit would be bad as I already eat about 10 bucks of it a day. 3 apples, bunch of bananas, 2 oranges, pineapple.

What makes you think that meat is unhealthy?

I'm a vegetarian.. but not for moral or health reasons.

Eating more fruits and vegetables will always be a good thing. But you can do so and continue eating meat. Just choose lean cuts of meat, and try to buy hormone free animal products.

Also, even if you are a vegetarian you cannot subsist off of fruits and vegetables alone. You need protein, through tofu/seitan/tempeh, lentils, legumes, dairy products, eggs, etc.

I don't think it is unhealthy but I always eat way too much of it. If I just cut it out I wont be eating 3 servings of chicken.

there are different types of meats, chicken isn't a red meat. Myoglobin in chicken is less than 1%, actually I think its .05%.

I've recently gone to vegetarianism and loving it. You just have to make sure you're eating healthy, like Jennipher said.

I will never understand why people CHOOSE to not eat meat.

As humans, we are meant to eat meat.

    Unreal.

Humans eat animals. Our ancestors do it. If I could go out an hunt down a dinosaur and eat it, I would. BECAUSE MEAT ROCKS YOU BITCHES.

Look at my guns. Do they look like broccoli and carrot sticks?! NO. One is shaped like a cow and the other like a pig. I'd eat them If I could!

    Eat less meat then, genius.

During my cut I was eating 1lb of chicken per day along with .5lb of turkey. I was probably more healthy at the end of that cut than any vegetarian.
