Im currently skinny as hell 6'2" about 170 lbs. I made some improvement from 155 over a few months, and have seen a little more mass and muscle definition form. All i have been taking is whey protein, but now want to try some nitro tech. Do you take this and also the whey protein? Also is this stuff any good? I have read some good reviews, but wanted to get your opinions before purchasing. Im looking to gain another 20 lbs at least and add more mass.

nitro-tech is whey protein + muscletech marketing. it's also expensive. pass.

  3. It's not bad. It's a little more expensive because of the name. The RTD's are among the best tasting, and is one of the most fair as far as nutritional value is concerned. I wouldn't solely rely on ANY protein drink, but it's good for what it is.

    for 20lbs more mass...

stuff your face with as much high protein food & complex carbs as possible.
If you want a weight gainer product, i like cytosport's cytogainer. It mixes very nicely, tastes good, packs a shitload of protein, & i thought it was fairly priced.

oh & i concur with chris on nitrotech.
