I hate going to the gym...with the very little time I have to work out I think I would benefit from buying a set.

I hate the working out with others, I have no idea why I just do. So I think if I work out at home, I'll actually stick to it.

I know I have to buy a bench also, which is no big deal...I don't wanna get jacked and tan and all that shit I just wanna lose some weight and tone up a tad.

What does OT? I know you don't know me and sorts...but someone must have input.

Cliffs: hate working out in gyms, don't have a lot of time, wanna loose a few pounds and tone a little.

Step 2. Get ipod and ignore the people in gym.

If you want to do something you make the time. I guarantee you have the time so stop making excuses like you don't like to work out around people, and I don't have the time, they're just signs you're not really committed.

You don't need a bunch of fancy expensive equipment. Get a olympic weight set + dumbell and curl bars, a bench and an exercise ball. You can get a pretty damn good workout with that.

Squats, deadlifts, bench, rows, curls, all kinds of dumbell exercises, ton of core/ab exercises with the ball etc.

:ugh: I got to school from 11-2, 4-8 and the work 8-4 everyday...including Saturdays. I have no time to get to a gym. Shit I'd probably barely have time to work out at home if I bought the dumbbells.

:ugh: where do I have time to sleep in there?

get home and in bed by 5 (sometimes I work till 6 am so in bed by 7) takes 30 min to get to school and 20 min to get ready. That gives me 4 hours of sleep a night...before working out.

The school I go to that starts at 4 is training for work...It will end eventually but I really hate working out with others. I guess its a phobia. I have a gym membership but think I would benefit from the dumbbells due to time constraints and such. This thread went from an informational threat to a fucking attacked thread. I simply asked if I could get the workouts done with the dumbbells. what the fuck does OT give a shit if I work out at home or go to a gym?

Go get some dumbbells bro. You'll get mad ripped if you can curl 25s.

Srs answer: Get a cage with an olympic bar and plates and a bench. That's all you need.

Listen someone talking about working out and complaining about time has no right to give anyone an ugh face. Man the fuck up, or shut the fuck up.
