I'm 5'9", about 190lbs. I have a decent amount of muscle mass, but I also have excess fat in my chest and spare tire region. I'm 23 years old. I've stopped lifting for the most part, as I'm not too concerned with size at this point, I really just want to lose the fat. I do cardio 4-5 times a week. 30 minutes running (7MPH or so) 10 minutes biking (high resistance) 20 minutes elliptical (high resistance) I keep my heart rate more or less in the high intensity region for the majority of my workout. My only breaks are in between each different set for water. I don't have a very strict diet, but it is mostly common sense. VERY little fast food (one a week, if that), higher protein than carb intake, only eat when I'm hungry, try to keep the calories down in general. No candy, Ice cream, etc. What do you think? Tips, etc? Thanks in advance.
