...where's the first area that you lose fat?
i noticed it in my face/boobs
ok, just as long as i shouldnt get discouraged yet ive noticed my jawline become more defined, but im waiting to see results off of my stomach
well your body probably loses most of its fat evenly, it is just that there is more to lose on your stomach area, so it seems like you lose it slower
im in the same boat
my legs go first, then my stomach, then my face.

I tend to lose fat probably in the abs and torso first but legs are the last area for me.
tell me about it. i'm your height and i had to drop just under 130 to get a 4 pack going. i gave up on lower abs and went back up to 135. i start bulking again on monday, thank god.
my legs/thighs seem to be going last
I'd definately say arms are the FIRST. Most males don't get fat arms until extremely high levels of body fat.
hips/torso/tummy go. then thighs/butt. then face. upper arms never seem to go....so that would be last for me.
i was always told that the first place you put weight on would be the last place to lose. dunno how much truth there is to that.
ok if you people are getting anywhere even remotely under 150 AFTER cutting, that's way too friggin skinny.

Im noticing it in my chest, arms and thighs the most. Stomach obviously has lost a large amount too because all my pants are too big, but when it comes to appeareance of fat it doesnt look much different
and when you start bulking, the stomach is the first aread you gain fat. shitty aint it?
@ 5'6 we'd have to be as big as preemo to not dip below 150 after a cut

it's just 130 seems awful low for a male, but maybe that's just me
first place the fat goes for me is in the face
christ some of you can drop down to 130?
I'll be lucky if I could ever drop past 200
