-Daredevil: The movie didn't make it any better.
-Silver Surfer: The old cartoon left a bad taste in my mouth
    -Fantastic Four
    -Aquaman: Fight against pollution?
    -Green Arrow
    -Hawkman
    -Flash

Maybe I haven't read riveting storylines. :dunno:

I like some Daredevil stuff. Never was into any of the FF/Silver Surfer/Galactic stuff. And DC sucks.

    I love Daredevil and SS.

I seriously don't know why FF is considered to be that great of a team. I forgot where I saw Human Torch told the X-men something like... "Hey you guys are just the X-men. We're the fucking FF" and then the X-men were just :wtc:

Check out Waid's run on Flash and see if that changes your mind about the character.

daredevil from issue 40 something to the end of bendis' run was really good. the whole idea of daredevil being outded and the termoil that ensued made for some real nailbiters for story-arcs. brubaker did a great job of matt murdock in jail but after he got out, it wend kinda downhill and i eventually took it off my pull list.

fantastic four has been stale for a decade. the millar/hitch duo is doing putting some zazz back into the book, so we'll see how that goes. i like it.

the surfer is an awesome character, his concept makes for some great stories, but he should never have his own book. he's just too one sided, he's conflicted in his duties, but since he's been freed of galactus ball and chain he's gotten stale like the FF. he only went back to the big G after he realised that's just the way it is and this is the role for him. that said, that mini series Requiem was one of the best mini's i've ever read.

i don't read DC continuity, so i can't comment on the others :hs:

Because they're the fucking FF. Seriously though, Reed is like the smartest dude on the planet, Ben is one of the most powerful guys around, on the same level as Hulk and shit (when he's not angry, Grimm is stronger), Johnny is the token flyer and a decent powerhouse when he wants to be, and Sue is the most powerful of them all with all the crazy shit they write into her powers. They also all trust each other, it's not like X-men where allegiances are called into question or they have spies and shit on the new team.

Read Silver Surfer: Requiem, it's incredible.

DD and Flash I don't read regularly, but I enjoy the characters.

Aquaman, Hawkman, and Green Arrow, I agree. Never got into them.

-Daredevil: Daredevil is pretty awesome, I think. Like it was said, Bendis' run was awesome. The recent stuff has been pretty good. I like the thrillers and detective-like stories they weave with him.

-Silver Surfer: Awesome character. He's like superman, except interesting. Annihilation and the books proceeding that were awesome with him in them.

-Fantastic Four: I don't like them. I think they're pretty boring and stupid. UFF are hit and miss with me.

-Aquaman: I've honestly never read an Aquaman book.

    -Green Arrow: Shitty Hawkeye.

    -Hawkman: Boring.

-Flash: Probably my favorite DC character. Who has that panel with the nuclear explosion and flash?

Eh I only think they're good just because of their gadgets. Reed's possibly the only important part of their team because of all his crazy inventions. He'll always just invent something and defeat an all powerful villain. :ugh:

    Daredevil: Yellow, Father, Bendi's run
Silver Surfer: Requim. Enough said, seriously.
Fantastic Four: Same here, but Ultimate is decent...
Green Arrow: v3 aka Judd Winnick's run, i'm uploading it to warskrull soon. Seriously one of the best runs on DC. Reinvigorated the character
Hawkman: Endless Flight. But beyond that, not much else =/
Flash: The only flash-related comic i ever liked was the old Impulse series.

i tried to sit down and read some flash that was either back on the elephant drive or warskull and it bored me to tears. It was weird and uninteresting. never cares about green arrows or hawkman. I think the silver surfer seems cool. I would like to see him tied into books i read but never wanna read him alone. Daredevil im kinda interested in whats going to happen in the series right now but of course bendis rocked him bendis = god. I hate the fantastic four. I think there goofy and campy and come up with some of the dumbest stories ever. i just dont find team adventures Interesting. Right now i only read individual characters. I dont read any avengers. I just like stories based on one person. I like to get in depth with a character as opposed to have a bunch of people who you never truly dive into who they are deep down.

Flash could be so much better if they just got a better writer.

i said Superman was boring and so my friend suggested that i read Red Son.

the art looked good so i bought it today. i will now start to read it. apparently the story deals with what might have happened if Superman landed in Soviet Russia instead of Kansas.

SS and FF, depends on the story
Aquaman, Green Arrow, Hawkman - only interest me when they are in a group (JLA, JSA, Outsiders, etc.)
    Flash is freakin awesome

Well, if you haven't read Red Son, don't read the line below :p

Superman (Kal-L in this version) was pre-destined to become the Red Son. Because of his actions Lex Luthor becomes the saviour of man, and after millions of years his lineage is shaped into the form of Jor-L (hint hint) who sends his only son back in time because the Earth is dying due to the Red Sun. Thus coming full circle to making Superman Luthors many-motherfucking-sons-son. In essence: Superman is the fruit of Luthor's loins :mamoru:

SI > Final Crisis, Ironfist, Guardians of the Galaxy, Nova, Kick-ass (although under Icon), Astonishing X-Men, Avengers Initiative, Punisher, Hercules Ultimates etc...

    Vs

Green Lantern, Action Comics, Detective Comics, Nightwing/Robin, JSA.
