What are some good ones? I have tried different hydoxycut formulas with little if any results. I hate hardcore because it turned my shit bright red like I was bleeding out my ass is the exact face I made. Anyway, goals; drop 6-7% of my BF% and get down to anywhere from 10-12%. Hardcore cardio training is not really an option, because of the amount of leg work I do (oly lifter). Diet is good, but I am dealing with the paradox of gaining muscle mass and cutting some fat. Current weight is 190 and I would like to see some serious results by the end mid October.
