    You actually need to up the calories as you gain mass. I was stupid enough to be eating the same (and on a few days a little less) amount of food even though I gained a noticeable amount of muscle.

    Color me stupid :o

    I'm not sure how much to up my calories at this point...I haven't adjusted in so long (I'm straight up retarded) that I'm not sure where to begin.

    6'3" 195lb @ 15-16% BF...I lift 5 days a week, so I'm thinking my maintenance is around 2800-3000...sound about right?

    I was thinking 2900 maintenance + 250 calories for the clean bulk, so 3150...I'll try that out for a week and see where I'm at.
