there's no fucking way I can eat 235g protein every day..

    no freaking way. even with the whey protein shakes. how bad will I be hurting myself if I only do aorund 180g?

    chances are it wouldn't matter because you sound liek a pussy and put no effort in the gym anyways, but that's just my opinion.

    I weigh 170, I try to get 220g/protein a day....and thats only 1.25x my bw, not the "standard" 1.5x

    [correct me if im wrong wolfy]

    1) there is no magical number for protein
    2) 235 grams is not hard to consume
    3) like I said, if you can't find a way to add an extra 50 grams of protein to your diet, you may wanna look into something else.

    it's really not that hard to get 220g of protein in man, just add an extra meal into your day, make it like 5 meals a day, and each one of them having 50g of protein

    Have you ever tried adding up how much you eat in a day? You might get more than you think. :dunno:

    You get like 12 just from a big glass of milk. :dunno:

    I'm just a tad over 500gs today. and I'm still hungry:) . Just take it step by step and add more food every few days. It will add up. Rome was not built in a day.

    just eat like 40 grams of protein for each meal... that'll be 240g.

    Like for lunch I'll have a sandwich and 2 hotdogs... (sandwich: 2 slices of wheat bread (6 grams), 10 slices or ham or turkey (17 grams), slice of cheese (7 grams), and 2 hot dogs (12 grams)... Thats not really a full meal for me and it equals 41 grams.

    6'0 235lbs on a large frame. i dunno. I have this "eat less" mentality in my head (ive been a fatty since middle school). So obviously I'm trying to lose weight as much as I'm trying to build muscle. I guess I can do it. It just seems wrong to be eating even MORE than I did being a fatty in order to lose wright.

    How the hell is that a difficult task? I can get 250g's without consciously trying and I'm a little girl when it comes to eating.
