that or you just saw christophers' post/rant on this last night and wanted to make a thread to sound cool
or maybe its because you're an elitist douchebag and everytime you try to give advice, you appear as an asshole?
Christ lupie, you put on like 3lbs of muscle in two years and now you're in F&N posting shit like this.
What's wrong with posting this? I don't think I'm better than anyone (obviously i'm not, especially in F&N), I'm just clearly stating that everybody is different and there's no such thing as a perfect workout routine that works for everyone.
You're saying that, yet right on the first page you're posting workouts. WTF?
Actually no... I tried to help you when you started a log, as did everyone else. Your routine sucks, you do isolation movements before compound, obviously your diet sucks for the gains you're trying to make, you refuse to listen to anyone, and you are overtraining certain areas of your body. All you are looking for is someone to say you have a solid routine, when you don't.

Did I ever say "THIS WORKOUT WOULD WORK FOR EVERYONE!!!!111"
I asked F&N's opinion about it, I wanted to see if anyone was capable of pointing out mistakes in the workout, instead I got the usual "sucks", "wtf arms workout?", etc type of posts
maybe as a noob you should take in the advice everyone gives you.
