on the other hand, noh-varr seems to be the next captain marvel...and bendis did a good job having the illuminati beat some sense into him (well, mostly namor did the beating...but still).

captain marvel will train him, have his little mini-series, then die again :hsugh:

hopefully bendis will get to write the troubled noh-varr more and we'll get to see him kick some ass

and the worst part of civil war was turning iron man into a gaylord...

i never liked iron man to begin with. i was just getting into new avengers and having stark be the badass that he was for those first 20 issues..then bam...instant fag0rty. i liked him doubting himself in civil war, and i loved his conversation with dead cap in The Confession, but i still think he's a douche.

I thought that Cap just giving up at the end of Civil War was the worst part. They had this great peak in the action and then it just stopped. It was like there was a lot more that they wanted to do and then just decided that it was running too long and stopped it.

The worst part of Civil War was hiring Joss Whedon to write some spastic lame ending where Cap is a whiny bitch and Iron Man is a bitch but also whiny making him into a bigger whiny bitch.

Civil War was cool till the end when Cap just gives up. :ugh:

Oh, and it also is upsetting that Iron Man nor Reed Richards have gotten their comeuppance.

worst part of civ war was the lame build ups of most of the main stories, they just half assed the climax. Best part is Thor is coming.........:o

I thought the Illuminati stuff happened before Civil War. In the Civil War books, the Vision cleared him of the "programing" he underwent from the guy who ran the place he was kept in. Then Noh-Varr is left there with the whole place all to himself to plan whatever he wants. Not as a prisoner.

i wasn't talking about civil war, i was talking about captain marvel's return.

either way, he was being kept there or left alone there. i'm just saying, after illuminati #4, bendis looks to be lining him up to be the new captain marvel after the current, old one goes back and/or dies.

fuck, that does not make any sense...but i can't seem to word it any better. meh, i like nor-varr much better then marvel.

now on the other hand....ultimate pluskommander mahr-vehl is a badass...i want to see more of him
