Some doood created what could quite possibly be the worlds smallest combustion engine. It's a 1/16 scale replica of a 1964 Corvette motor that actually runs. One piston and connecting rod aren't that much bigger than a freakin' quarter! How kewl is that?!?! Check out all the photos and videos in the links. My fellow OT gearheads should like this.

It's the perfect size to put into the most insane remote-control Corvette of all time!

Probably has more torque than a Civic, too

can't keep it running, i like how he added the reliability factor in too

  8. Right now the engine has been completed to the point that it will run for brief periods of time. However, several things have yet to be finished including the water pump/radiator, valve covers and carburator to make this a full time running engine.

God, he's even watercooling the thing?? Dude's really going all-out on his project. I gotta think it would get by just fine with aircooling, at that size.

    87cc aircooled V12 :p

Dude also built a fourteen cylinder radial

I've always thought it'd be awesome to hook up some of these tiny engines to mopeds or something :p
