[Hogue overmold stock and 20" green mountain bull barrel.]I won't have a chance to shoot it until after I get back from my parents' house after Christmas. Apparently you need some kind of permit to shoot a gun in IL . Taking out the factory barrel from the receiver was a real PITA, but surprisingly the new GM barrel slid right in which is a shocker because from what I've heard you basically have to sand down the barrel port in the receiver to get them to fit. I'm 100% pleased with the way it looks and feels. It's an entirely different gun. I hate the way the factory 10/22 looks and feels like a toy gun.
