Anybody have any experience with this diet/training setup? What were your results and how did you like it?

If you are obese, it may very well be the absolute most result producing lifestyle change you could make.

Just tried to look up the book online, $39.95 which is pretty outrageous. I used Rob Faigin's "Natural Hormonal Enhancement" diet (the book was around $15 if I remember correctly) and it worked like a fucking charm.

It's aimed at guys below 15%. A normal diet is more than sufficient for someone obese.

I'm probably 12-13% and fit exactly the profile he talks about in the intro of the book. It seems VERY odd to me to have 4 days at 1250 cals, but I'm willing to give pretty much anything a shot at this point.

I have the e-book. I'm just looking for opinions from people that have used his methods.

I got the impression that a lot of people used Keto diets here. I've based my diet on Lyle Mcdonald's books but not the exact diet.

I'm looking to cut in august so I'm keeping my eyes open for a diet to minimize my muscle loss. Grossness of food and hunger pains don't matter, I just want to keep muscle. How is this one?

youd have abs if you were in the recommended amount of BF% before beginning the diet

So do you think it's a good plan to follow if I'm 12-13% bodyfat and have had trouble getting below this point?

You don't necessarily have abs at 15%. I know chris3g did, but for most it comes at a lower BF.

I have a lot of respect for Lyle.

I didn't do this routine to the tee, but I adapted what I was doing to be very similar. It's a rough diet, and the workouts are rough too.. but it works.

its basically for people who are stuck at a certain bodyfat definitely sub 15% and cant seem to get any leaner with conventional methods
