Has anyone tried this yet? Came out of Mens Health magazine Jan edition. I tried this routine this week it was posted on the wall in the gym here at work and it beat the shit out of me. I didn't even get half way through it. But today I managed to get through two sets almost puking near the end. On some stations i'm not even doing the entire 60sec and i'm not taking the 15sec rest between sets its more like 45-60sec. Never have I felt such pain in my lower body than with this routine hammies and quads were a burnin.
