The secret to increasing overall size...

    [is i'm guessing to employ the 3 main exercises - bench, squat, deadlift. The main body part to hit is the legs i'm guessing to have bigger wheels in order to fit a bigger body on the chassis. Lame analogy, but it works.. haehea :o ]


    I :rofl: when i see guys with huge upper body's, and toothpick legs it really looks fuckin wierd.

    So am I right in saying that if there were 2 identical people and one person focused purely on upper body, and the other focused on both upper and lower - that the person who focused on both sections would appear to tower over the other? :dunno:

    I talked to a college football player the other day at my Gym. He's attending Chris Carter's Fast Track program in the offseason. I was asking him about his monster calves and he said he's been using these Strength shoes. We've all seen them in the back of magazines.

    He said to use them for walking, stair climbing and other activities. I was pretty shocked, apparently they work.

    you think to much. Hit all your muscle groups (yes, including your legs). Eat lots of food ie: steak and potatoes, oats, and protein (not fucking mcdonalds) if your skinny and want to get Huuuggggeee.
