    I dont know anything about them really.. My friend just introduced them to me and Ive been listening to this cd like everyday I love it... Its so good to listen to late at night and stuff too puts me in a good mood. I heard they have like another band or something like this is their side project or something .. Anybody know?

    Yes, The Postal Serice is Benjamin Gibbard's side project band. He is the front man for Death Cab for Cutie, a band that is slowly gaining the recognition it deserves.

    Yeah, The Postal Service is awesome. I knew that the singer was also the singer for Death Cab, but i haven't really listened to them, but i'll check em out right now.

    Hah, wow, just looking through my brother's old cds i found the death cab album "something about airplanes." so i guess it's time to start listening.

    something about airplanes is one of the earlier albums. it's not an easy listen for someone who is just getting off of postal service.

    try the photo album or the new one, transatlanticism.

    Yes, DCFC is where he pours all his heart and soul. Postal Service was more like a experiment album for him that happened to gain huge attention, probably because its poppy as hell, and radio friendly. Start out with DCFC's album "The Photo Album".

    OMG I got that transatlanticism CD or whatever with like The new year and umm... The sound of settling .. That cd is freaking awesome I love these guys !~! BAAA BAAAA This is the sound of settling BA BA !!

    Postal Service is cool. Someone showed me their stuff, so I DLed more of it. I dont like it all but some of it is amazing, a unique kind of music to me
