What do you guys typically eat on a cheat day and how much and how often? I go crazy and I hate it, I need some self control on those days. Last cheat day (12 days ago) I drank about 8 light beers, ate 16oz's of steak throughout the day, 2 baked potatos with butter and cheese, 3/4 a jar of peanut butter (natural), gallon of ice cream, bag of trail mix, bag of chips and a few sugary packets of oatmeal and 4 whole eggs (oatmeal + eggs was my breakfast). I think that was it, might be more. I don't have a set back with it, I still continue to drop in bf, but I feel like a major piece of shit for the next 2-3 days.
