    Great set!!

Some awesome shots in here. I like the 2 glasses one, and my only gripe is that his left hand isn't holding the glass.

Some of that looks HDR, but it can't be. You wouldn't actually be so vulgar as to use HDR for wedding pics, would you? Nahhhhhhhhh. Can't be.

ceremony was mostly shot w/ the D300 and 70-200 to have a tighter crop. Didn't want to get chairs and shit around the spot. The rest are w/ the D700 and (mostly) the 14-24. :o

Sorry, but #1, #2 and #13 look VERY weird, and I have a very hard time believing you used fill lighting on #1 and #2. #2 and #13 in particular have the nitro blue sky and haloing that is indicative of either HDR or just really bad post production. #6 has some strange solarization looking stuff going on in it too.

Don't get me wrong, overall it's a very good set, but there are five or six images that are really dragging the rest down due to what appears to be poor post production and color correction work. I can't tell if it's just heavy handed dodging or if it's an action that went all pear shaped.

no HDR... all fill light, contrast, clarity, and presets. I didn't open CS3 once, or photomatix, or any other program. :)

I know what you're saying, but I added the preset and applied the rest to get them to where I want. I know they don't "belong", but thats the point of those 3. :)

    Thanks. :)

I like that one too. Took a ton of shots just to get one w/ her face in focus. She was bouncing on the bed for a good 3-5 minutes.

    :)

A lot look like HDR to me as well, and noisy bc of all the fill light added.

25 is my favorite, but I wish the stream of champagne wasn't going through his face. overall I think this is a VERY good set. they should be very happy.

By the time we got done w/ dinner and headed to the club, I think everyone was drunk and/or wasted. Hand eye coordination was not happening. :o

I really don't know what you're saying here. What point are you making by including images that you know don't look right?

Again, I'm really not trying to be a dick, but if you have weak images that you know don't belong why on earth would you post them and then defend them when you have so many other great images? Seems like a really strange way of handling things. I'm not even saying the shots question are bad, just that the post production looks careless on about 5 images. It's easy enough to fix, but I'm at a loss on why you wouldn't try to fix them.

    :dunno:
