    It was in very nice condition and i payed less compared to the new version. I enjoyed the game very much, when i purchased the game the profit went straight to the buisiness i bought it from, the publisher or creator of the game never received any profit from this transaction. That is all.

    A ha, but at one time the publisher and through them the creator did receive profit from the original sale.

    Buying bootlegs != buying used.

    The publisher NEVER benefits from a bootleg.

    The same logic should apply to any media, but somehow I think the MPAA and RIAA would not agree with your assessment of the situation.

    Why is it so difficult for the people who buy bootlegs to say "Hey, I ripped off the guys who created this."?

    If you're going to do it, for God's sake don't try to rationalize it.

    EDIT: And don't brag about it either. It's not anything to brag about.

    Even if I grant you that, which personally I do not believe is true, this whole argument is over EVA, which has been available on R1 DVD for quite a while now.
