The new A6 is very impressive in-person.

Its dimensions are nice and the interior is very quality. The pictures really don't do it justice. The new grille really impressed me.

    Agreed :)

I've seen a new A6 and a new A8 down in West Palm Beach. I instantly had a need to change my pants.

I live in Germany. It's already out here.

I sat in it today, got a comfy driving position, checked out the MMI (iDrive killer), and admired all the neat little gizmos. ENGINE START button was the coolest by far. :coold:

When to a pre-launch preview a month or so ago.

    Very impressive, and huge.

My father is thinking about ordering the 3.0TDi some time soon.

I like everything about it except the grill but maybe that will change once I see it in person. I am beginning to find that a lot of the new designs out there are horrible on paper but 10x better in the flesh :)

To me, this is one of those, definitely. It's a good size, but the backseat is definitely limited for such a big car. The trunk is CAVERNOUS.
