First of all, heads up: This is on eBay right now. It's a complete set 1-84 selling for 140 usd. ffs, one can spend that much tracking down the last ten issues alone. It's also the guy's last set. He's sold several with good feedback.

I bought one, but this is not my sale. Please delete if this is bad form.

Second, anyone into this? I already have the first 30-40 issues, and a few of the later ones. The superheroes and the Punisher arcs were so wack, just ass.....but I've heard it gets good again from 60ish-84.

I have shitload of that series, but I still haven't gotten around to reading them, which is really odd for me, since I love reading about anything to do with the war.

I might just break them out and read some of them tonight. :o

I have some time off, so I'm eager to read the whole thing, even the weak spots.

If I don't get busy again soon, I'll stay with the theme. I've got a big stack of Apple comics' Vietnam Journal, but I've only read "The Dogs of War".

What else is good? I loved The Other Side. Way too short. The dual perspective of both armies made for a very poignant read. This new Guerrillas title is not bad, but it's very much a gimmicky fiction, and could become awful.
