ive heard from about 10 different people you will get "man" strength in your mid 20's were you get really strong out of nowhere.

Any old person want to confirm this? I'm 21, can only bench 260x1, and looking forward to this man strength:hs:

It may be more a case of hitting puberty = more test = more muscle growth = man strength = profit?

Its just the usual prime for males. Also, by this time you have learned how to use your body to maximal abilities.

I can push a lot more than could in my early 20's. So I agree in the 'man' strength period.

My max! in 20's was say 100-110kg bench, now I can do that with ease.

theres this old man in the gym that's pretty huge

unfortunately he also enjoys wearing string strapped muscle shirts that show off his nipples.

I feel like it's harder for me to get gains at this point in my life than it ever has been.

I need some test, tren and some dbols to get my old man strength. And some anavar

Its more about knowing mental limits than strength.

I'm 26 and I wouldn't say there's man strength comes in to play... On the other hand, I have noticed that I retain alot of my strength from previous training periods in my life. I have never been extremely strong, but for example, I can bench 225 even though I've only been back in the gym for a month. When I first trained to get that 225 bench, it took me a ton of time.

I really think you just know more at that point in your life. When I was 21 I was more concerned with what bar I was going to later that night, and what girl I was gonna try to bang that night. Now that I'm 26, I only go out on Friday & Saturday nights (if that), and really know how to bring the gains back faster. Eating right, sleeping right, and doing the little things really matter.
