    Ok here we go. Hopefully this will give me the motivation to get over the hump. I've never been cut in my life. In fact, I spent most of my childhood being fat. But I lost most of the weight, and 15 months ago started really working out heavily.

    It was hard to bulk up, cause I had this fear of getting "fat" again, but I looked beyond it and was able to put on some decent weight. Then I started cutting, and now I'm stuck at about 11%. I feel my workout routine is strong, and I've missed maybe three days in a year (aside from vacations), so this will be mostly about diet, as that is still my weak point.

    I love to eat. I get free food at work all the time, and to turn down the free food is almost impossible for me. I also work til 10pm, so I eat late. I'm also a drinker, although I'm on week 2 of no alcohol, even though it kinda sucks going out on weekends.

    After cutting for a long-ass time to get from 15% down to 11%, I spent this past two days eating a bunch of crap. Fun time is over. Time to get this shit on the road.

    Stats: 6'3" 203 lbs. 11% bodyfat (as of last week).

    Goal: 7-8% bodyfat by mid-July. That's a 3-4% loss in two months.

    Relatively good day.

    Breakfast - shredded wheat with a half cup of 1% milk
    Snack - a cup of fresh strawberries
    Lunch - Large salad with fresh veggies and a lemon-pepper chicken breast
    Snack - protein bar and small orange
    Snack - apple and maybe 6 potato chips
    Dinner - 2 oz of beef jerky and a bowl of oatmeal with a little honey

    Went out "drinking," and caught loads of shit for drinking only water. With the majority of my social life involved with drinkers, this is gonna be a little rough. But I'm up for it. Day 1 out of the way!
