    Saw this on Sherdog:

Tell me that this is a joke, that people seriously don't consider the K-1 division for MW to be better than the UFC's. Kang is a great addition but I think Akiyama still hasn't beaten a top 20 MW and the UFC is pretty much stacked in the 185 lbs division after the collapse of Pride.

to question the strength of a weight class in the UFC is 1 thing, but to use K1 as the comparisson is sort of sad, fucking sherdog lol

obviously I'm being sarcastic, the K-1 MW division is a joke with the exception of Kang

the UFC MW division is the only top 185 lbs MMA class in the world besides some guys from WEC

i think 185 across the globe is kinda thin. all the action right now is at 155, 170, and Heavy.

every organization only has 1-3 top level fighters @ 185.
    WEC - filho
UFC - silva & franklin (one could argue okami, possibly seeing hendo here soon too, and i wanna see tanner)
elite - villasenor & ninja (no one gives a shit about shamrock or renzo)
    k1 - soko & kang

and then lindland & horn float around
iim sure im missing a few, but shit, not many matchups that are truly exciting.
