I always thought the key to a great six-pack was 1000 crunches a day?

The "go deep" thing doesn't make much sense. I know what they are trying to say there, but how they explain it just sucks.

What is everyone's opinion on eating a peanut-butter-and-honey sandwich at 11am and 3pm. Seems like thats not much to eat for lunch, but if your shedding pounds, maybe it is.
