The Ipod sux balls...

    I bought a 30 gig ipod video about a year ago, within the past few months the battery life has baisically gone to shit, and i found on saturday that it gets through about 30 secs of a song before just stopping and reverting to the main menu, fuck this thing I want a zune

    should i just reformat it:uh:

    yeah u should. fixes most problems, but not battery life. if you have had it less than a year go get it swapped at an apple store

    i got a nano as a b-day gift. didnt use it for awhile and now all it does is get to the apple screen and then restart...no warranty either:wtc:

    New battery+reformat=win. Sometimes shit happens mang. But my iPod mini is still chugging along fine. A big problem people have with the batteries is that they don't know how to properly charge them. If it's not dead, don't charge it. Doing so, in a way, gets the battery "used" to being charged all the time, thereby decreasing it's play time. If you play that sucker til it's dead, then give it a full charge, it will last much longer.

    I've never had an issue with battery life and I own 2 ipods :dunno:

    every ipod sold has a 1 yr warranty :ugh:
