With Ed Norton & Jessica Biel, I found it interesting.

A blue collar amateur magician meets a princess, their families tear them apart. He reappears decades later when she is engaged to a prince.

The magic is pretty neat and I liked the hsistorical setting.
downside? Jessica only gets 1/2 naked.

I still give it four out of five orange trees.

The Illusionist was good but The Prestige looks better.

Edward Norton is my new favorite actor over Mel Gibson.

I very much enjoyed the movie, but did anyone else see that ending coming from 9 miles away?

I really didn't. I thought Ed was still so upset over Jessica's engagement to the prince that he did want to kill her.

personally i thought it was a movie about one man who ruined two other men's life for his own personal gain. good movie though.

I thought it was atrocious. Edward Norton was good and so was teh Giamatti, but everything else was below mediocre.
