    1When You Are Hungry, Eat
    I'm hungy and going to sleep by his rules I should go eat. But I am at a reasonable caloric intake for today. Also I have the self control not to.

    2. Eat What You Want, Not What You Think You Should
    So if I want to eat oreos all day I can ! Great thing to tell people.

    3. Eat Consciously And Enjoy Every Mouthful

    I can deal with this.

    4. When You Think You Are Full, Stop Eating
    Reasonable.

    The audience is full of morbidly obese people.

    These recommandations are fine. People don't listen to their hunger signals anymore actually. There's a difference between being hungry (stomach growls for example) and wanting to eat (ie : appetite, the psychological part of eating).

    Food choice is importrant though on a free-living diet.

    WHen youre hungry eat makes alot of sense in the long run. Starving yourself, or eating twice a day is by far the best way to put on tons of fat, your body is fantastic at adapting to living conditons, if you only get nutrition twice a day you need to store alot of fat to make it thru the day.
