I'm starting to eat fast food everyday for lunch at work because I never make my own and it's what everyone else wants. I don't want to make my own lunch..

What's the healthiest meal (nutritious and not so fatty) you could get from the following restaurants- Wendy's, McDonald's & Taco Bell?

make your own fucking lunch, you twat. wtf is this "i dont want to" bullshit. Not even close to a legitimate excuse.

Asking what's the best thing for you at taco bell is like asking what type of dog shit smells the best. You could get salads with light dressing at wendy's/mcdonalds but even then it could be shitty.

Are there not places around that you can go that offer decent choices. Subway/ Quiznos perhaps (the right items are pretty healthy)? Maybe a Panera Bread?

    I get:
Wendy's: Ultimate Chicken Grill and/or small chili
Taco Bell: I'm gonna try a fresco style Crunchwrap w/ double meat next time I'm there. It won't be as good as the original, but it might be ok :hsugh:
McDonalds: big steaming pile of donkey shit (havent eaten there (bar breakfasts) in almost 3 years, and don't plan on it any time soon

Ultimate chicken grill with no sauce for lunch at 12 and a small chili for about 3pm so I can be nice and filled with sodium before I go lift.

    From Wendy's

Actually not any better than other fast food places. Check the stats on the chicken.

it's way better than most fast food places. they aren't using special unhealthy chickens, the nutritional data is with the skin, if you take it off it's the same thing as getting a chicken breast at the supermarket. And they also sell plain broccoli as a side dish.

Chicken breast w/o skin is a pretty good option from Boston Market. They have veggies for sides also. :dunno:
Right now I like Know Fat for fast food.

Bad thing about a lot of those sides is that they soak stuff in butter & oils. Gotta be careful.

I usually eat their Ceasar salad with breastmeat (no skin). Along with mixed veggies. Aside from the sodium content in the chicken and maybe some fat with the dressing I don't see how it could be that bad. Definately a better alternative to McDonalds or Wendys others have mentioned on here.

    not necessarily true.
the skin is porous so butter gets on the meat.

    Unhealthy chickens??

Chillie and a bottled water from wendy's is the healthiest. I wouldn't eat anything else.
