    a HS plate loaded bench is better than a barbell bench IMO

    I use the iso-incline press and the ground base pull.

    great machines that have their uses within a workout.

    i used to see a guy doing mega high reps on that thing, alternating arms. maybe he was doing off-season training for surf-paddling

    Fallacy. Free weights are good, but are soundly defeated by well-made machines for many exercises. Bodybuilders have an irrational, emotional preference for free weights due to associating them with "hardcore" training.
