It seems that a lot of people here have preferences when it comes to results from a certain dietitian/power lifter/etc.

For example, christophers doesn't seem to think Berardi is consistent

I'm having trouble formulating a beginner routine because I'm not sure who to trust, really :sad2:

So what are the best websites, and who writes the best articles? :hs:
    in your opinion

no matter what you do, christophers routine is greater for a beginner.
