I've just recently started lifting after I was off for about a year and a half. I lost a lot of weight and strength. I'm a skinny guy to begin with also. I've been working out years and know my abilities of what I can, and cannot do.

Let me just say I went to the gym for the first time in a while and just started this stack of (very expensive) supplements, and I was very very very impressed by the reps I was cycling though and the muscle fatigue factor.

They get a thumbs up from me... I can't wait to see after a month or so what it does for me with my meal plan and routine.

I know this sounds like a plug, but I just felt that much of a difference. Maybe it was placebo? :dunno:

Youre going to get flamed. Personally I'm not sure how those products are, to me Muscle Tech in general is just too gimmicky, makes me think their products are garbage even if they *may* work. Not to mention the prices, which I feel like im paying for the labels. I just steer clear of their products. Simply put, youre not going to get Magic bicep powder in tubs costing 80 bucks for 12 servings. Id rather spend that money on steak and potatoes. Thats how you grow.

GAKIC has more positive peer-reviewed studies than CEE does

I actually purchased a combo pack containing 2 of each G, L, & C for a 30 day supply of $70. Apparently the company is bringing out some new products. Not bad when a 15 day individual container alone costs ~$57. I saved about $230.

The guy tries to sell me and a friend a 2 pounder of whatever protein for $70. He tells me its more protein per serving, and I tell him of course it will be if the serving size is 4 fucking scoops.

I like the products in theory, but I know their roster of paid athletes (Jay, Dex, etc) have got to be part of those prices...

If I were rich as fuck I would buy a few of their things, but for know, I'll stick with the cheaps but goods

Their products are geared more towards the inexperienced gym rat or someone new in the fitness scene who sees an ad of Jay or Ronnie and makes an uneducated decision to buy the product based on what they see. Most, if not all experienced people know better than to buy that "over-priced" crap like MuscleTech. Nobody ever really said it doesn't work, but if you do enough research you can find copycat products or buy your own supplements comparible to MuscleTech products that work just as well. In the end you are basically paying an inflated price to cover their advertising and contract costs.
