So I just spent the past 2 hours reading the advice this guy has been posting on his forum, this guy is a fitness encyclopedia. He may never win a powerlifting competition, but holy fuck is this guy athletic and know what he's doing.
I've been stuck at a plateau in my pullup numbers for literally MONTHS now, tried countless programs on the internet, even advice on F&N didn't get me over the hump... apparently according to him, to increase max number of pullups you should do pyramids and ladders 3-4 days a week and NEVER go to failure except on your pullup test.
20 pullups here I come, I am going to fucking own the pullup bar tomorrow with the absurd number of reps I am about to develop.
I spent the last two hours watching porn and eating hot pockets. I win!
