    It might behoove you to get a pre electric shave lotion. I've read numerous reviews that the shave is as close as an electric can get once you use a pre shave lotion.

    It would also do you well to use a moisturizing balm after your shave. Just a thought.

    :dunno: I use the clearasil which has a moisturizer after I shave, so I figure thats doing the same purpose an "aftershave." I've used the pre-shave lotion before, but I don't find it to make much/any difference unless the hairs are longer than usual (as in I let it grow out for a few days) Besides, I keep my blades/screens clean after every time I shave by soaking the head of the razor in rubbing alchohol. This may or may not be part of why.

    Clearasil is not a genuine moisturizer, which is not the same as an aftershave balm. You have benzoil peroxide, which dries your face, counteracting any moisturizing properties the clearasil may have.

    And yes, proper care will give you a smoother shave. Good job. :)

    Shaving Cream: don't use shaving cream, i just rough it like a man in the shower
    razors: i do have a mach 3
    aftershave: don't have any
    cologne: don't have any, i used to have "preferred stock" back in 7th grade but i just threw it on my sister when she was at a slumber party or something. it was funny
    hair styling/care: i wear a hat. all the time.
    skin care: i get some rashes sometimes on my arms or elbows or weiner so i keep some cortisone near the computer
