No More Heroes is the only Wii game I've ever gave a shit about. No more Heroes 2 comes out early next year. This is fucking awesome.
it was a matter of time. suda said he wanted to test out the hardware, especially their motion controls. the ip does seem to remain a wii exclusive though as nmh2 isn't being ported.
all though its entirely possible that nmh and nmh2 could fit on one disc for the other two systems.
I've already beat the original twice (And on the unlocked bitter difficulty), and it was both times. But yeah that would be nice to get both games but I wouldn't count on it 100%, The first game has a good amount of content, like 10-15 hours without unlocking everything and closer to 20 if you want everything.
Maybe in this version we can actually fight LETZ SHAKE?
Interesting Note, in japan the PS3 version will have censored blood and gore while the 360 version will be unedited.
Very Sweet Mode =
Probably going to be the new very very hard mode since the original's hard mode was called "bitter"
Now that I think about it, this is probably the first real "Up" remake of any Wii game to 360/PS3
saw that. I always hear NMH was good but didn't really want to buy another Wii game and be disappointed by no HD. So, this is awesome.
it was very good for a non hd game but when you go into freeroam it would make my eyes bleed
can't wait for the remake
Very Sweet Mode = scantily clad female characters.
My only worry about this game is that some of the charm of the original might be lost in translation.
True like wacking it with the wiimote and the phonecalls.
looks like a whole big bunch of meh
Never bought this game for the Wii ug: at buying Wii games) but I'll definitely pick this up for the triple.
Some of the charm will be but at the same time they never really made good use of the wii mote other than making fun of it. The gameplay will work out just fine on a controller because there was no actual motion detection in the swinging.
I disagree. Some of the Wii-mote use was definitely tongue-in-check, but it made the experience better. And executions were always satisfying.
Pay $20 for it on the Wii or pay $60 for it on the PS3. This seems reasonable. I can tell you right now that HD won't make this game $40 better.
will not pay $60 for this on Xbox. I doubt it'll even retail for that. Will wait for bargain bin or sales (or rental).
Ended up skipping this game. Might check it out now.
it played well but looked so god damn awful
