    This one is for the people who have gone the Ephedra-Caffeine route...


    What were your methods?

    Were you taking one daily dose? What was the latest time you used it?

    Did you take it on an empty stomach, or after meals?

    Were you using other supplements, such as Arginine? If so, were they stacked at the same time?

    Did you use pre-workout supplements like White Flood or NO-Shotgun? Where was the EC in relation to these?

    I trust quite a few of you on your supplement use, and would love to hear what you thought overall of the experience, maybe I can pick up a few tricks you learned along the way.

    morning and afternoon, 25mg & 200mg - no later than 6pm - usually had something to eat with it

    CEE & fish oils

    works well but I get the jitters sometimes

    I took the EC Synergy shit BulkNutrition was selling 2+ years ago...worked great while I was cutting, I mainly took it every morning before lifting or cardio. Like BlackIce, never after 5-6pm since it would keep me up all night.

    Back in the day, I'd take 50mg ephedrine, 200mg caffiene, 1 asprin, 20mcg of clen....6 times per day!!

    That was when I did my first bb show. I listened to someone who didn't know what they were doing. I was doing 2 hours of cardio per day, 2 a day workouts, eating 1400 calories per day. I went from 205 down to 139 in 12 weeks. This was also before I took any AAS. I looked really good at 160 and I was 6 weeks out and then I just lost muscle. At least I still won!!

    I built a tolerance real fast. It wasn't that big of a deal. I could take the shit and still take a nap.

    25mg E 200 C 3 times a day. Usually at 8am, 1pm, 6/7pm
    On it right now
    Shit works
    I take it whenever. I don't care if my stomach is full or not.

    The only things I wouldn't take EC with are thermogenics/stimulants. Taking it with protein shakes, BCAA's, carbs, fish oil etc. won't cause any harm.

    Just take it some time in the morning to jump start your system. Add another dose if needed, but I wouldn't start with more than 1 dose a day if it's your first time.

    I would take 25mg E and 200mg C twice a day 30min before a meal.

    I would run it for 2 weeks, then get off for a week, then get on for another 2 weeks and do this for 2 or 3 cycles. By the end of that time (assuming my diet was on par) I would have already achieved my desired results.

    It definitely works... No doubt about that. Shit is amazing.

    I am going to try to go all natural this time around though. I used E/C for a week last week and I hate never being able to drink and feeling like shit in the morning before you take it and get it into your system.

    btw, I would do something like this:

    week 1: 25mg E/200mg C taken right before or during breakfast every day for the week
    week 2: 25mg E/200mg C taken in A.M., 1/2 of each dosage taken around 4hrs later
    week 3-4 (sometimes would go as long as 6 weeks): 25mg E/200mg C taken in AM, same dosages 4 hrs later

    take a week or two break and then if I'm not where I wanna be do another cycle of it.. usually if I need it at all it's for a shorter duration than beforehand.

    drink lots of water and supplement with potassium as the caffeine will make you pee a lot.

    also, fuck around with the dosage schedules til you get it right. sometimes if you take it too close to your workout your heart rate (or at least mine) goes retarded and you'll get winded 100x easier than usual.

    Last week I was doing a leg day and took the E about 1.5 hours before my workout and squats were a fucking adventure. I started getting winded and it felt like someone was sitting on my chest. I took a break and after a couple more sets I got dizzy and felt like I was going to faint.

    I said fuck it and left the gym.
