    i have been doing this plan for just over a year now, and i use Sustanon 250mg stacked with Dianabol 50mg... and i have grown from 9.5stone to 11stone

    its not funny, this is what people get told to do in their gym inductions, most people spend the first 2 years in the gym training badly or give up due to poor advice given to them by 16 year old "personal instructors"

    There was this asian forum i use to go to when i was bored and they had a health section they had a lot of memorable quotes:

    "The only way to increase your strength is to eat alot of protein. You don't have to gain weight, but protein is what bulks you up anyways"

    "i heard squat can make u short"

    "Chin up. Chin up is mainly for shoulders, but it does work out bicep as well. Pullups doesn't do bicep, it doesn't Chest and part shoulders, part tricep. "

    DO YOU REALISE HOW MUCH A STONE IS!?

    9 stone is fucking 126 pounds :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

    2 months to gain 10 pounds. He also said that he goes to a body building gym, and they would all laugh at you if you told them that you gained 1/2 stone ( 7 pounds) in 2 months naturally- he said it is completely impossible to do.

    I've been riding for 8 years. Doesn't do shit compared to a day of heavy squats.
